Nursing Programs
The Lord Fairfax Community College offers a four semester ADN program designed to prepare students to offer direct patient care as entry level practitioners in the nursing profession.
Students who graduate from the program will be awarded the AAS degree and are eligible to apply to sit for the National Council Licensure Examination.
The ADN curriculum offers a combination theoretical and practical instruction allowing students to transfer credits for baccalaureate level work with maximum ease.

- High School diploma or GED equivalency certificate
- A minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average of 2.5
- Evidence for IT competence
- TEAS admission exams
Applicants need to meet all admission requirements to be eligible for consideration to the program.The selection committee will make the final admission decision.
Applicants accepted in to the program will be required to submit physical history and examination, complete necessary immunization series, current CPR certification for health care providers from the American Heart Association and complete criminal background check including fingerprinting and drug screening required by affiliated clinical agencies and the licensing body.
