North Seattle College
North Seattle College (NSC) is located in Seattle, Washington. NSC was established in 1970 and it now serves more than 17,000 students. This school is part of the Washington Community and Technical Colleges System. The school is well known for being a superb option for those seeking education in science, technology, or engineering. Students can expect to be able to pursue many associate’s degrees and there are some bachelor’s degree options as well. NSC has more than forty continuing education, workforce development, and college preparation programs. NSC is fully accredited by the Northwest Commission on Colleges and Universities.
The NSC nursing program gives students an opportunity to earn associate’s degrees in nursing. The curriculum of the program is varied and is split between classroom instruction, skills labs, nursing theory, and clinical practice. The nursing program at NSC works to prepare students for the NCLEX-RN licensure exam as well. This nursing program has received accreditation from the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).
